DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT
ASSESSMENT NO. 323

RESOLVED, by the C!ty Council o: the City of Palo Alto,, Santa Clara County, California, that
WHXREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed w1th
the Clerk or sa1d City all pursuant to Reeolut1on of Intention No.
1833 adopted by the City Council on March 28, 1949, and the prov1-
s1one of Article V or the Palo Alto Improvement Proced~re Code,
being Ordinance No. 844 or said City, adopted ,Tanuary 13, 1941, and
said assessment wae confirmed by said Council on April 12, 1949,
s.nd recorded in the off:tce or the Superintendent of' Streets of said C1ty on May 25, 1949; and
WHEREAS, u certain lot or parcel of land upon which there 1s
an unpaid assessment against which bonds have been issued under the
provisions or Part 4 of Article IV of said Procedure Code .. has been
d1v1d~d so that 1t no longer conforms to the original parcel boundar-
ies as shown on said assessment and 1n the Auditor's record thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE .. IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed w1tl
the City Clerk a report and diagram of amended aseeesment or the lot
and parcel so divided, said parcel being designated as Assessment No. 323.
2. That the unpaid installments of eaid original assessment
shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits
to the several portions of the original lot or parcel and the total
amount or the assessments of the several portion's of the original
lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said
or1g1nal lot or parcel or land.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
Cal1torn1a, at a meeting thereof held on the 13th day of February, 1951, by the following vote:
