RESOLVED, by the Council of the City or Palo Alto, Calif-
ornia, that the following be, and they are hereby, preliminarily
approved, and ordered filed 1n the office or the City Clerk and
to be referred to in the Resolution or Intention ror the acquisi-
tions to be had, work to be done and 1mprovementa to be made in
tho area described in Ordinance No. 1317, adopted by the Council
on January 22, 1951, excepting the portion in Laa Encinas Sani-tary D1str1ct, to wit:
1. Plans and apec1f1cat1ons for acqu1!1t1on and improve-ments under ea1d resolution of intention;
2. Engineer's estimate of the itemized and total estimated
Goats and eJr9enses for the aequ1eit1on and improvements under
said reeolution or intention;
3. Map or the aaeeesment d1str1ct designated ftimprove-
ment Plana No. 51-5 for San Antonio Annex Sewers, acqu1e1t1on and improvement"; and
4. Assessment and diagram for the eoeta and expenses for
acquis1 ti on and 1mprovemen'tS under said resolution of intention.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy or reso-
1 ution adopted by the Council or the City of Palo Alto, Calif-
ornia, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 13th day of
February, 1951, by the following vote of the members thereof:

Blois, Bolander, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Freedman, Gaspar, Hi~lN Linder, Mitchell, Morten.
