PROJECT NO. 41-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council ot the City Of Palo Alto
WHEREAS, said City Council did on the 22nd day of
January, 1951, order the City Engineer to make and file with said
Council an amended assessment of the parcels of property the
former assessments upon which under Resolution of Intention No.
1341 of said Council are designated upon the original assessment
and diagram and confirmed by said Council on September 29, 1941,
and recorded in the office of the Super.btendent or Streets or said
City, as d~.agram and aesesement numbers 719, 720, 721, 722, and&.8;
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did on the lat day or Febru-
ary, 1951, pursuant to said order, file with the Clerk of said City a diagram and amended assessment;
WHEREAS, said Council fixed Tuesday, the 13th d~y or
February, 1951, as the t1me for hearing on said amended aneessment
and caused notice of said hearing to be published twice in the
Palo Alto Times, as appears from the affidavit of publications on
file in the office of the Clerk of said City; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said hearing,
no protests or objections were made or pre3ented to '~e proposed
amended assessment, and all matters and things pertaining to said
amended assessment were fully heard and considered by said City Council;
NOV, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said amended
assessment filed with the Clerk of said City pursuant to resolution
ordering same, be and the same ts hereby ratified~ approved and confirmed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Clerk of said City shall
deliver said amended assessment to the City Engineer, together
w1th a certified oopy or this resolution thereto attached, and
said City Engineer shall thereupon record such amended assessment
wlth a certificate at the end thereof by the Clerk of aa~d City
that it is the amended assessment approved by the City Council.
The City Engineer shall note opposite the asseaBment in
said original diagram and assessment numbers 719, 720, 721, 722 and
818 that they have been displaced by said amended assessment,
giving the date, and shall credit upon such amended assessment all
payments theretofore made upon the original assessment. When said
amended aeeessment has been r~corded, the City Engineer shall cause
the original assessment involved to be canceled.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of
Palo Alto at a regular meeting thereof held on the 13th day or February, 1951, by the following vote:
