Rl!'.SOLVED, by the City Council or the City or Palo Alto
Santa Clara County, California, that
WHEREAS, an aaaeasment and diagram was made and filed
w1th the Clerk ot said City all pursuant to Resolution ot Inten-
tion No. 1341 adopted by the City Council on September 8, 19-1,
and the provisions or A ticle v or the Palo Alto Improvement
Procedure Code being Ordinance No. 844 of 6&1d City, adopted
January 13, 1941, and eaid assessment was confirmed by aaid Council
on September 29, 1941, and recorded i.n the office or the Superinten-
dent or Streets on. September 30, 1941; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels or land upon which there
are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under
the provisions or Part 4 or Article IV or B&id Procedure Code, are
being divided so that they no longer conform to the original parcel
boundaries as shown on said assessment and in the Aud1tor'e record
thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that
l. The City Bngineer shall cause to be prepared and filed
with the City Clerk a report and d1agrem or amended asaeaament or
the lots and parcels so divided, said parcels being designated as
assessments No. 719, 720, 721, 722 and 818.
2. That the unpaid installments of ea1d original assess-
ments shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the
benefits to the several portions of the original lots or parcels
and the total amountsor the assessments or the several portions or the original lots or parcels shall be equal to unpaid assessments
upon said. original l•.>ts or parcels or land.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council or the C1ty or Palo Alto,
California, at a meeting thereof held on the 22nd day or January,
1951, by the following vote:
AYES, and 1n favor thereof, Councilmen:
Blois, Bolander, Bowden, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Freedman
Gaspar, Hill, ;Mitchell, Montrou11, Morten, Wickett.
