R'9;30LUTION AUTHORIZING '!'HE SALE OF $100,000.00 CITY OF'
PALO ALTO IMPROVEMENT BO}.'DS OF 1950, SBRIES A, AND THE
PURCHASE OF $100,000.00 U. S. TREASURY BONDS.
The Counc11 of the City of PaJ.o Alto DOES RESOLVE as follows:
. The W. C. Cobb, Treasurer of the City of P~lo Alto,
be and he 1s her~by authorized to sell $100,000.00 City or
Palo Alto Improvement Bonds of 1950, Series A, bearing
interest at l 3/4%, 1969-75, to the Bank or America National
Trust & Savings AssOc1at1on for $103,819.00, plus accrued
interest from October 1, 1950 to date of delivery, and to
purchase $100,000.00 U. S. Treasury Bonds, 2~~, June 15,
:.972-67, at the market.
The above and foregoin.g reaol•Jtion was duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council ot the City
of Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the
26th d•::tY of December, 1950, by the following vote:
