RESOLtr.rION ORDERING WEED NUISANCE ABATED
RESOLV.S'D, by the CounciJ. of the Cl ty of Palo Al to that
WHEREAS, i:urauant to Resolution No. 2055 of this
Council ordering same, notice had been i:iuly given. that this
is the time and place set for the hearing of objections to the propoced destruction or removal of weeds; and
W!-IERSAS, no persons interested appeared, and all matter•s
pertaj,ning to said destruction or removal of weeds were fully
considered by this Council;
NOW, THERF.FORE;, IT IS ORDERED that the Superintendent
of Public Works shall abate such public nuisance of weeds as
declared :l.n Resolution No. '?055 by having said weeds destroyed
or removed, and nny property owner shall have the right to
destroy or remove such weeds himself, or have the same destroyed
or removed at hls own expenac, pr~v1ded that such weeds shall
have been removed prior to the arrival of the Superintendent of
Public Works, or h~s authorized representatives, to remove them.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and pasDed by the Council of the City of Palo Alto at
a regular meeting held on the llt.h day 01' December, 1950, by the
following vote:
~\YES: Blois, Bolander, Bowden, Bower, Cathcart, Freedman, Gaspar
Hill, Linder, Mitchell, Montrou~l, Morten, Wickett
NOES: Jfonc.
ABSENT: &>ntrott, Cashel.
