ORDERING MODIFICATION OP PROCEEDINGS
STREET LIGHTING RECONSTRvCTION
DISTRICT ONE
PROJECT 50-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of i;he City of Palo Alto, Cal1forn1a, that
WHF.REAS, pursuant to Resolution of this Cotmc11 ordering ~ame, adopted on November 27, 1950, notice has been duly glvcn
of the intention or this council to change and modify the pro-
ceedings under Resolution of Intention No. 1990 adopted June 12, 1950; and
WHEREAS, no perDons interested appeared or filed written protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all per~ons deslrlng to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard, und all matters and thing3 pertaining to said changes and
modifications were ~ully heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, 'fi-IEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the follow.ing modifica-
tions :ln the proceedings under Resolution or Intention No. 1990 be m<:tde and had:
1. Change the pl~ns ~nd specif1catlons from u series high-
voltage lighting system to a multiple or parallel low-voltage sys-tem.
2. Reduce the est1rnate of cost and the total assessment
!'rom $55, 754. OC to $~·4, 316. 22 and appo!'tion sa:td assessment according to benefits.
Said chunges shall be ma.de on the race of the report or by f.J.ling amendments thereto.

I hereby certify that the forei;olng resolu.t1on was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto on
December 11, 1950, by the followirig vote:
AYES, and 1n favor thereof, Councilmen: Blois, Bolander,
Bowden, Bower, Cathcart, Freedman, Gaspar, Hill, Linder, Mitchell, Montroull, Morten, Wickett.
NOES,, Councilmen: None.
