STREE'I' LIGHTING RECONSTRUCTION
DISTRICT ONE
RESOLVED, by the Coun~il of the City of Palo Alto,
Calirorn1e., that the p1.1bl1c interest and convenience require,
and that 1 t is the intention or saj.d Council to make changes
and mod1ficat1ona in the proceedings conducted pursuant to
Resoli..1t1.on of Intention No. 1990, adopted June 12, 1950, by
changine from a series high-voltage lighting system to a
rnult1p1e or parallel low-voltage system.
NOTICE IS F.ERF.BY GIVEN that Monday, the 11th day of
December, 1950, at the hour of 7:30 P.M., at the
Cour1c11 Chamber, City Hall, Palo Alto, Cal1forn1a, is hereby
fixed as the time a.nd place when and where said Council will
consider the matter or making said changes and modifications
and hearing all pe1~sons :1.ntereated therein.
The C1ty Clerk shall give notice of the adoption of
this Resolut1on by pt~11sh1ng a copy thereof twice in the Pal~
Alto Times, a dally newspaper published and circulated in sa!d
City, the first or which publications shall be at least ten (10) days before the date of hearing.

Resolution adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
Cnlifornia, at a rP.gu.ln.r meeting thereof held or1 the 27th day
