APPROVING MAP OF GREEN OABLES MANOR, U?HT NO. 2
TRACT NO. 706
'rhe Counc1 l of the City of Palo Al to DOES ORDAIN as follows:
That that certain subdivision map of Tract No. 706,
GrP.en Gables Manor, Unit No. 2, dated November, 1950,
and prepared by 0-eorge S. Nolte, Civil Engineer, being a
portion of Lot 7, Block 3, S~ale Subdivision No. 5, be and
the same 1s hereby approved and accepted by this Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Santa Ana Street and
the portion of California Avenue not heretofore dedicated,
as shown on sa1d mapp be and they are hereby accepted as
public str~ets or the City of Palo Alto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that easements for public
utill ties as shown on sald map for the use of public
uti11t1es, be and they are hereby accepted ae dedicated.
The above and foregoing t•esolut1on was duly and
· regul.J.rly introduced and passed by the Council of the City
of Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 13th
day of November, 1950, by the following vote:
