DIRECTING MAKINO OF .lMDJDED ASSESSMENT
RE ASSESSMENT NO. 85
LOMA VERDE AVENUE, ET AL
PROJECT NO. 47-5
RESOLVED, by the City Council ot the City of Palo Alto, Santa Clara Colmty, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and d111gram wae made and file with
the Clerk of eaid C1ty all pursuant to Resolution or Intention No.
1620 adr::>pt~d by the City Council on October 13, 1947" and the pro-v1s1om~ or Article V of the Palo .Al to Improv1~ment Procedure Code 1 being Ordinance No. 844 of said City, adopte<1 January 13, 1941,
and said assessment was confirmed by said Council of January 12,
1948, and recorded in the office of the Su~erintendent of Streets of said City on January 13, 1948; and
WHEREAS, a certa:ln lot or parcel of land upon which there is
an i.mpaj.d assessinent against which bond.a have been issued under the
provisions of Part 4 or Article IV of said Procedure Code, h~e been
divided ao that it no longer conforms to the original parcel bound-
aries as shown on aa:1.d assessment and 111 the .Audi tor's record thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, :that
1. The City Engineer shall cauae to be prepared and filed with
the City Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram of the
lot and parcel so d1v1ded, said parcel ba1ng designated aa Asses3ment No. 85.
2. That ·the unpaid installments or said criginal assessment
shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits
to the several parts of the origin.al lot 01• parcel and the total
amount of the assessment or the several portions of the original lot
or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessment upon said original lot or parcel or land.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto .•
California, at a meeting thereof held on the 13th day of November, 1950, by the followlng vote:
