ORDERING MODIFICATION OF PROCEEDINGS
PROJECT NO. 50-5
EMBARCADERO ROAD, ET AI.
ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMENT
that RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 2036 or this Council
ordering aame, notice haa been duly given of the lntention of this
Council to modify the proceedings under Resolution or Intention
No. 2017 of this Council, 3.n the time and form provided by law .• and
this 1s the time and place set tor hearing thereof'; and.
WHEREAS, persons interested appeared or flled written protests
1n sa:l.d proceedings or a part thereof, and all persons interes'ted
desir•ing to be heard were given an opportun1 ty to be heard and all
matters perta!n1ng to said modifications were fully heard and
considered by this Council and overruled, except that protests
againS'.'; improving Of Enclna Avenue were granted.
NOW, THERE.FORE> IT IS ORDERED, that the public convenience
and necessity require and this Council hereby ord~rs the following
modifications of the proceedings under Resolution of Intention No. 2017, to-wit:
1. Reduce total amount of the assessment from $98,003.77 to
$92,160.16 and apportion and distribute a.aid assessment according to ·oenef1 ts.
2. Eliminate Assessments Noa. 82 through 110.
3. Eliminate the improving of Encina Avenue for 1ta entire length.
Said mod1f1cat1ons sh!ll be made by the City Engineer on
the face of the assessment on f1le with the City Clerk, or by
filing amended copies thereof or amendments thereto.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of resolution
adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, Ca11rorn1a, at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 13th day cf November, 1950.
