DIRECTING M.~'l\ING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT
ASSESSME.'NT NO. 640
COWPER STREET, ET AL
PROJECT NO. 46-4
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, Cal1forn1a, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with the
Clerk of said City all pur•suant to Resolution of Intention No. 1516
adopted by the City Council on June 10, 1946, and theprov1a1ons or
Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code, being Ordinance
No. 844 of said City, adopted January 13, 1947, and recorded in the
office of the Superintendent of Streets of said City on January 14, 1947; and
WHEREAS, a certain lot or parcel of land upon which there ia an
unna1d assessment against which bonds have been issued under the pro-
visions of Part 4 of Article rv of said Procedure Code, has been
divided so that it no longer conforms to the original parcel bound-
aries an shown on said assessment and in the Auditor's record thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that
1. The C1 ty Engineer shall cause to be prepared and f:Ued with
the City Clerk a report and diagram of amended assessment of the lot
and parcel so divided, said parcel being designated as Assessment No. 640.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessment
shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits
to the several portions of the original lot or parcel and the total
amount of the assessments of the several portions or the original
lot or par~el shall be equal to the unpaid assessment upon said ori-ginal lot or parcel of land.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City or Palo Alto,
California, at a meeting thereof held on the 30th day of October, 1950, by the follo.wing vote:
