I , The Council of the City of Palo Alto DOES RESOLVE as follows:

Angela Terrace, dated July 1950, and prepared by George s.
Nolte, Civil Engineer» being a portion of Lot 15, Block 3,
Subd1v1s!on No. 5, Seale Tract, be o.nd the same 1r! hereby
approved and accepted by this Council.
BE IT PURTHER RESOLv:RD, that Carmel Drive and
the portion of vregon Avenue not heretofore dedicated, as
shown on said map, b~ and they are hereby accepted as
publ:1.c streets of the City of Palo Alt..,.
BE I'l' FURTHER RESOLVED, that eaaement3 for public

be and they are hereby accepted as dedicated.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
re~1larly introduced and passed by the Council of the City

AYES: Blois, Bolander, Bowden, Bower, C&ahel, Cathcart, Freedman,
Gnspor, Hill, Linder, Mitchell, Montrouil, Morten, Wiclcett.
