The Council or the City of Palo Al.to DOES lmSOLW aa follows:
That that certain subdivision map or Tract No. 805,
Green Gables Manor, dated May, 1950, and prepared by
George S. Nolte, Civil Engineer,, being a portion of Lot 5,
Block 2, Seale Subd1v1s1on No. 5, 'be and the same 1s hereby approved and accepted by this Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED~ that the portion er California Avenue not heretofore dedicated~ as ehown on eaid map, be and
it is hereby accepted as a public street or the City or Palo Alto.
BE IT FURTH.ER RESOLVED, that the dedication or easements for public ut1lit1ea as shown on ~a1d map for the use or public
ut111t1es be and they are h~reby accepted as dedicated.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and pasaed .~ the Council of the City or Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 25th
day of September, 1950, by the following vote:
AYES: Blois, Bolanderi Bowden, Bower 1 Cashel, Cathcart,
Freedman, Hill, Linde~, Mitchell, Montrou11, Morten, Wickett.
