APPROVING MAP OF TRACT NO. 796, GB.DR PARK
The Councll or the City of Palo Alto DOES RESOLVE as follows:
That that certain subdivlsion map or Tract No. 796,
Greer Park, dated August, 1950, and prepared by George S. Nolte,
Civil Engineer, being portions of Lots 3 and 4~ Subd1v181on
No. 5, Seale Tract, be and the same is ~ereby approved by this Council .
BE IT FURTHER RBSOLVBD, that Van Auken Circle,
Moffett Circle, Metro Circle, Gre~r Road, and the portion of
Amarillo Avenue not heretofore dedicated, aa shown on ea1d map,
be and they are hereby accepted aa public streets or the City of Palo Alto.
BE IT ft.TRTHER RESOLVED, that the dedication of'
eaeement.s for public ut111 ties as shown on said map for.• the
use of public ut111t1es be and they are hereby accepted as dedicated.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council or the City or
Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 25th
day of September, 1950, by the following vote:
AYES: Blois, Bolander, Bowden, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart,
Freedman, JUll, Linder, ?l.itchell, Mo1*ou11, Morten, Wickett.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Bentrott, Gaspar.
