RESOLUTION AM!NDIMG ELECTRICAL UTILITY
RATE SCHEDULE E-9, AGRICULTURAL POWER
SERVICE
The Council or the City of Palo Alto DOES RESOLVE as follows:
Section l. That the paragraph entitled 11Desc1•1pt1on
of Service" of the Electr:toal Utility Rate Schedule E-9, Agri-
cultural Power 8erv1ce, be amended as follows, effective September 25, 1950:
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:
This schedule is applicable to general agr:t-
cul tural and reclamation service, including pump-
ing, feed choppers, producing or milk, processing
of milk, provided the processor 1a also a producer
or milk (the procesein~ and pr·oducirig need not take
place at same location), heating for incubatora,
broodex•s, general farm 11ght1n.g and other farm use,
but excluding residential•and co1111Derc1al service.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council or the City of
Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 25th day of
September, 1950, by the following vote:
AYES: Blois,, Bolander, Bowd.en, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart,
Freedman, Hill, Linder, Mitchell, Montrou1lj Morten, Wickett.
NOE.s: None.
ABSENT: Bentrott,
