ACQUlSITION AND IMPROVEMENT
RESOLVED, by the Council of the Clty of Palo Alto, Callforn1a#
that the public interest and convenience require, and that 1t 15·
the intention of said Council to make changes and modifications 1n
the assessment filed pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2017
adopted August 14, 1950, by increasing the tott.1 amount or the
assessment from $98,003.77 to $113,,224.07 t.lnd by apportioning and·
d1etr1buting said assessment as increased according to ~enef1ts.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 9tb day of October,
1950, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock t. M. at the Coun~11 Chambers,
City Hall, Palo Alto, California, is hereby fixed as the t1m6 and
place when and wht~re said Counc1+ will ccne1der the matter or making
sa1d changes and modif 1cat1one and hearing all persons interested therein.
The City Clerk shall give notice of the adoption of this reso-
lution by publishing a copy thereof once in the P.alo Alto Times, a
daily newspaper published and c1rctllated 1n said C1 ty, said publica-
tion to be at least ten days before the date of hearing.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resol•ltion was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council or the City or Palo
A::i.to, California, at a regult:tr meeting thereof held on the 25th
day or September, 1950, by the following vote:
