CONFIRMING AMENDED ASSESSMENT

RESOLVED, by the Clty Council o!' the City or Pale Alto,
Sar.ta Clara County, California, that
WHEREAS, said City Cc1unc11 did on the 11th day of September,
1950, order the City Engineer to make and file with said Council

an amended assesement or the parcels or property the former
assessments upon which under Resolution of Intention No. 1516 of
said Council are designated upon tb.e original assessment and dia-
gram and confirmed by said Counr.:11 en January 13, 1947, and recorded
1n the office of the Super!ntendent of Streets of sa1d City, as
diagram and ase~eement numbers 34, 35 and 36;
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did on the 15th da.y of September,
1950, pllrauant to said order, file with the Clerk of said City
a diagram and amended assessment;
WHEREAS, said Council fixed Monday, the 25th day of September,
a3 the t1me for hearing on said amended1asaessment and caused notice
of said hearing to be published twice in the Palo Alto Times, as
appears from the affidavit of publication on file ln the office of
the Clerx· of said City; and
WHEREAS, at the tlme and place fixed for said hearing, no
yrotests ·or ob;Jectlone were made or presented to the proposed amended
assessment, and all matters and things pert&lning to said amended
asseasmant were fully heard and considered by said City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, r•r IS ORDERED that said amended assessment
filed with the Clerk of said City pursuant to resolut1on ordering
same, be and the same ia hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Clerk of said City ahall
deliver said amended assessment to the City Engineer, together with
a certified copy of th1e resolution thereto attached, and eaid
City Engineer shall thereupon record such amended assessment with
a certificate at the end thereof by the Clerk of said City that it
ia the amended assessment approved by the City Council.
The City Engineer shall note opposite the assessment ln aaid
original diagram and assessment numbers 34, 35 and 36 that they
have been d1aplaced by said amended assessment, giving the date,
and shall credit upon such amended assessment all payments theretofore
made upon the or1g1nal assessment. When said amended assessment has
been recorded, the City Engineer shall cause the original aaeesament
involved canceled.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolu~ion was duly and
regularly adopted cy the City Council of the City of Palo Alto
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 25th day or September,
1950, by the following vote:
