DIRECTING MAKING OF I.MENDED ASSESSMENT
ASSESSMENTS NO. 34, 35 and 36
COWPER STREET, ET AL
PROJECT NO. 46-4
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
Santa Clara County, Califo~nia, that
WHEREAS, an assessrnent and diagram was made and filed with
the Clerk of said City all pureuant to Resolution or Intention
No. 1516 adopted by the City Council on J~ne 10, 1946, and the
prov.isions or Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure
Code, being Ord1nance No. 844 or said City, adopted January 13,
1947, and recorded in the office of the Superintendent of
Streets cf said City on January 14, 1947; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or pa.reels of land upon wh:1.ch there
are unpaid assessments aga1nat which bonds have been issued
under the provisions of Part 4 of Article N of said Procedure
Code, have been divided so that they no longer conform to the
or1g1nal parcel boundaries aa shown on saJ.d assessment and
in the Auditor't>t record thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and
f~led with the C1ty Clerk a report and diagram of amended assess-
ment of the lots and parcels so divided, said parcels bein~
designated as Assessments No. 34, 35 and 36.
2. '!'hat the unpaid installments of sald original assess-
ments ahall be segregated and apportioned 1n accordance with the
benefits to the severRl portions of the original lots or parcels
and the total amount of the assessments of the several portions
of the original lots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid
assessments upon sa1d original lots or parcels of land.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council or the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a meeting thereof held on the 11th day of
September, 1950, by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Blois, Bolander, Bowden, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart,
Freedman, Gabpar, Hill, Linder, Montreuil, Morten,
Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bentrott, Mitchell.
