ESTABLISHING FINAL DATES FOR PAYMENT OP
ASSESSMENTS PRIOR TO GOING TO BOND
WHEREAS, from time to time this body adopts resolutlons
ordering acqu1s1t1ons and improvements and confirming assessment, and
WHEREAS, said resolutions carry a time 1.:i.m1 tat ion for
payment of cost and expense of said improvements and 3aid time
11m1tat1on 1s specifically establiahed by the Superintendent of
StreetB of the City •'.'>f Palo Al to :ln his"Not1ce to Pay Assess-nients11;
t~1)W, THEREPORE, the Oo•mcil of the City of Palo Alto DOES RESOLVE as follows:
That no pnyments shall be accepted by the Superintendent
of Street3 after the date and time established by the Superintendent
of Streets' Notice to Pay Assessments, which shall be in conformity
with Council reeoluti •ns pertaining to said assessment project.
Th:l.s resolution shall become effective September 1, 1950.
