DIRECTING MAKING OF .A.MENDED ASSESSMENT
ASSESSMENT NOS. 651 & 652-A
OREGON AVENUE ET AL
PROJECT NO. 48-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City or Palo Alto, S;~nta Clara County, California, that
WHEREAS~ an assessment and diagram was made and filed With
the Clerk or said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention Ho. 1833
adopted by the City Council on March 28, 1949, and ~he provisions or
Article V ot the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code, being Ordinance
No. 844 ot said City, adopted January 13, 1941, and said asaeBament
~as confirmed by ea1d Council on April 12, 1~9, and recorded 1n the
office or the Superintendent of Streets of said City on May 25, 19-9; and
1'HEREAS, certain lote or parcels of land upon which there are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been 18oued under the
provisions or Part ; or Article IV or said Procedure Code, have been
dlvided so that they no longer conform to the original parcel bound-
aries aa shown on said assessment and 1n the Auditor's record thereof:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
l. The City Eng1n~er shall cause to be prepared and filed
w:1.th the City Clerk a report and a.mended assessment and diagram or
the lots and parcels so divided, said parcels being des1gna·ted as Assessment Nos. 651 and 652-A.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assess-
ments shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the
benefits to the several parts or the original lots or parcels and the
total amount of the assessments or the several portions or the or1-
g1nal lots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon
said original lots or parcels or land.

I hereby certify that the foregoing reeolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a meeting thereof held on the 14th day or August, 1950,
by the following vote:

Blois, Bolander, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Freedman,
Gaspar, Mitchell, Montrouil, Morten, Wickett.
