RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto~ Santa Clara County, Californ1a, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed
with the Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Inten-
tion Ho. 1833 adopted by the ~1ty Council on March 28, 1949, and
the provisions of Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure
Code, be.1ng Ordinance No. 844 of said City, adopted January 13,
1941, and said assessment was con!'irmed by said Council on April
12, 1949 and recorded in the office or the Superintendent or
Streets or said City on May 25, 1949; and

WHEREAS 7 a certain lot or parcel or land upon which there
is an unpaid assessment against which bonds have been issued under
the provisions of Part 4 or Article IV of said Procedure Code, has
been divided so that it no longer conforms to the original parcel
boundaries as shown on said aeeessment and in the Auditor's re~ord thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS OR:OERED, that
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and
filed w1 th the City ClerJ-:-a: .. report and dia'g:-am or amended assess-
ment of the lot and parcel so divided~ said parcel being designated as Assessment No. 650.
2. That the u~paid installments or said original assess-
ment shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the
benefits to the several portions of the or1~.nal lot or parcel and
the total amount of the asseaementa of the several portions or the
original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessments
upon sa~.d original lot or parcel or land.
