N 0 • --2002 DIRBCTING MAXING OP AM!NDBD ASSSSSMB:NT RE CBRTJ\IN ASSESSMENTS COWPER STRUT, BT AL PROJECT NO. 46-4 RESOLVED, by the City Council or the City or Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, Ca11rorn1a, that WHEREAS, as assessment and diagram was made· and filed w1th the Clerk or said City all puraua.nt to Re$olut1on or Intention No. 1516 adopted by the City Council on June 10, 1946~ and the provi- sions of Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code, being Ordinance No. 844 of said City, adopted January 13, 1941, l:Uld ~aid assessment was oont1rmed by said Council on January 13, 1947, and recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets or said City on January 14, 1947; and WHEREAS, eerta1n lots or parcels or land upon which there are unpaid aaseasments against which bonds have been issued under the provisions of Part 4 or Article IV of sa1d Procedure Code, have been divided so that they no longer conform to the original boundaries as shown on sa1d assessment and 1n the Auditor•a record thereof; NOW, THEREPORE, !T IS ORDERED, that 1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed wlth the City Clerk a report and amended aaa~asment and diagram of the lots and parcels so divided,, said parcels being designated as Assessment Noa. 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72 and 73. 2. That the unpaid installments of said original aseesaments shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to·the several parts of the original lots or parcels and the total amount or the assessments of the several port1one or the original lots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said original lots or parcels of land. * * * • ~ * * I hereby cert1ry that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council or the City or Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 14th day or August, 1950, by the following vote: AYF.S, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Blois, Bolander, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Freedman, Gaspar, Mltchell, Montrou1l, Morten, Wickett.
