RXSOLV!!:D, by the City Council of the City or Palo Alto,
Santa Clara County, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed
w1 th the Clerk of said City all pura1.iant to Resolution or In-
tention No. 1516 adopted by the City Council on June 10, 1946,
and the provisions of Article V of the Palo Alto Improve~nt
Procedure Code belng Ordinance No. 844 or said city, adopted
January 13, 1941, and said assessment was confirmed by ea1d Coun-
cil on January 131.1947, and recorded in the office or the
Super1ntend~nt or Streets or said City on January 14, 1947; and
WHEREAS, a certain lot or parcel of land upon which
there is an unpaid assessment against which bondA have be~n 1s-
5ued under the provisions of Part 4 of Article rv of $aid
Procedure Code, has been divided so that 1t no longer conforms
to the original parcel boundaries as sbown on said assessment
and on 'the Auditor's record thereof;
NOW, THEP.EFORE, IT IS ORDERED~ that
1. The C1ty Engineer shall cause to be prepared and
filed with the City Clerk a report and diagram or amended assess-
ment or the lot and parcel ao d1v1ded, said parcel be1ng desig-
nated as Assessment No. 806-A.
2. That the unpaid installments or said or1g1nal
assessment shall be segregated and apportioned 1n accordance
with the benefits to the several portions or the original lot
or parcel and the total amount o.f the assessments or the several
portions or the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the
unpaid assessmer2ts upon said original lot or parcel of land.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council or the City of
Palo Alto, ca11rornia, at a meet1ng1hereor held on the 14th day
or August, 1950, by the following vote:
