CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF !~.PROVEMENT BONDS
CALIFORNIA AVENUE DISTRICT
ACQUISITIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 48-9
RESOLVED, by the City Council or the City of Palo Alto,
California, that the City Clerk of said City be, and she is here-
by, directed to call for bid8 for the sale at public auction or
Jmprovernent bonds to be issued pursuant to Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 1721 adopted by this Council on July 26, 1948, said bids
to be received by said Clerk at or before 7:30 o'clock P.M. on
Monday, August 28, 1950, and to be publicly opened, examined and
declared at sa:td time, 1n the Council Chambers in the Clty Hall or
said City or Palo Alto, County or Santa Clara, State of California.
Said notice shall be given by publication twice in the
Palo Alto Times at least five daya before sa!d date.
