RE..~OLVED, by the City Council of the City or Palo Alto,
Santa Clara County, California, that
WHEREAS, said City Council did on the 12th day or. June,
1950, order the City Engineer to make and file with said Council
an amended assessment or all parcels of property the rormer
assessment upon which under Resolution or In.tent1on lfo. 1516 or
eaid Council 1s designated upon the or1~1nal aeaeaalll8nt and
diagram and confirmed by said Council on January 13, 1947, and
recorded in th• orr1ce or the Superintendent or Streets of said
City, as diagram and assessment numb~r 127, 128 and 129;
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did on the 26th day or June,
1950, pursuant to said order, file with the Clerk or said City
a diagram and amended asseeement;
WHEREAS, ea1d Council !'1xed Monday, the 10th day or July,
1950, as the time for hearing said amended assessment and caused
notice of aaid hearing to be published twice 1n the Palo Alto
Times, as appears from the affidavit or publ1cat~on on file in
the office or the Clerk or said City; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place r1.xed for aa1d hearing, no
protests or ob,Jectiones were made or presented to the proposed
amended assessment~ and all matters and things pertaining to said
amended assessment were fully heard and considered by said City
Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that said amended assessment
file with the Clerk or said City pursuant to resol t1on order11g
same, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Clerk of said City shall
deliver said amended aaseesment to the City Engineer, together
with a certified copy of th1~ resolution thereto attached, aud
said City Engineer Rhall thereupon record such amended assessment
with a certificate at the end thereof by the Clerk of said C1ty
that it is the amended assessment approved by the City Council.

The City Engineer shall note opposi+.e the aeaeanment in
ea1d original diagram and asaesement numbers 127,128 and 129 that
they have been displaced by said amended aaeessments, g1v1ng the
date, and shall credit upon such amended assessment all payments
theretofore made upon the original assessment. When said amended
assessment has been recorded, the City Engineer shall cause the
original assessments involved canceled.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City oi
Palo A\to. California, at a regular meeting thereof held on
the 10th day of July, 1950, by the following vote:
