RESOI,UTION ESTABLISHING BUDGETARY CONTROL
The Council of the City or Palo Alto DOES RESOLVE as follow8:
All expenditures to be made rrom appropriations
authorized by the City Council shall be subject to the approval
and control or the C1ty Manager.
The above and rorego1ng resolution was duly and
regularl7 introduced and paeaed by the Council or the City or
Palo Alto at a special meeting held on the let day or July,
1950, by the following vote:
Bentrott, Blois, Bolander, Bowden, Caehel, Cathcart,
AYES: Freedman, Gaspar, H111, Mitchell, Montrou11, Morten,
Wickett.
NOES: None.
