RESOLUTION PROVIDING ~OR THE ESTABLISHMENT
OP PERSOMNEL PROCEDURES
'l'he Council of the C1 ty or Palo Al to DOES RESOLVE as follows:
The City Manager is hereby directed to establish and
administer an equitable and uniform procedure ror dealing
with personnel matters and to create a b&81c personnel policy
1"or municipal employment, which shall 1n¢lude all employees
or the City or Palo Alto with the exception of those officers
and authorized deputies appointed and approved by the C1ty
Council.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and paaeed by the Council of the City of Palo Alto at
a special meeting held on the lat day or July, 1950, by the
following vote:

Bentrott, Blois, Bolander, Bowddn, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart,
Freedman, Gaspar, Hill, Mitehell~ Montrouil, Morten, Wickett.
