DIREc:.TING MAKING OF AMEN'DED ASSESSMENT
RE CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS
COWPER STREET, ET AL
PROJECT NO. 46-4
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
Sant.a Clara County, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed w1th
the Clerk or aa1d City all pursuant to Resolution or Intention no.
1516 adopted by the City Council on June 10, 19•6, and the provisions
ot' Article V of' the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code, being
Ordinance No. 8~4 or &a1d City, adopted January 13, 1941, and a&1d
aseeesment was confirmed by said Council on January 13, 19-7, and
recorded 1n the otf1ce or the Superintendent of Streets of said
C1ty on January 14, 1947; and
WHEREAS~ certain lots or parcels or land upon which there are
unpaid assessments against wh1ch bonds have been issued under the
prov1e1ons or Part 4 or Article IV or said Procedure Code, have
been divided so that they no longer conform to the original parcel
boundaries as shown on said assessment and in ·the Auditor's record
t~ereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed

with the City Clerk a report and amended asaeeament and diagram or J.
the lots and parcels so divided, eatd parcels being designated as
Assessment Nos. 127, 128 and 129. _.
2. That the unpaid installments or said original aaeeae-
ments shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the
benefitR to the several parts or the original lots or par~els and
the total amount of the assessments or the several portions or the
original lots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assessments
upon said original lots or parcels or land.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council or the City or Palo Alto,
eal1forn1a, at a meeting held on the 12t~ day ot June, 1950, by the
following vote;
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Bentrott, Blois, Bolander, Bowden, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart,
Freedman, Gaspar, Hill, Mitchell, Montrou1l, Morten, Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Linder. J
