APPROVING MAP OF CHABOT TERRACE
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That th.at certain subd1v1s1on map of Chabot Terrace,
dated May, 1950, and prepared by George S. Nolte, Civil
Engineer. being a ~ubd1vis1on of Lot 11, Block 6, Subd1v1s1on
Mo. 5 of the Seale Tract, be and the same 1a hereby approved
and accepted by th1a Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Chabot Terrace and the
portion or Oregon Avenue not heretofore dedicated, as shown
on said map, be and th~y are hereby accepted as public streets
or tl"!e City or P.alo Al to.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the dedication of
easements for public utilities ae shown on ss,1d map for the
use or public utilities be and they are hereby accepted as
dedicated.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council or the City of
Palo Alto at a regular me~t1ng held on Monday, the 12th day of
June, 1950, by the following vote:

AYES: Bentrott, Blois, Bolander, Bowden, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart,
Freedman, Gaspar, Hill, Mitchell, Montrou11, Morten, Wickett.
NOES: None.
