RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEEP
The Council or the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as tollows:
That the C·rant Deed from Americus Neely and Celeste Neely,
h1s w1re~ to the City or Palo Alto, dated June 7, 1950, cover-
ing the following deacr~bed property:
PARCEL HO. l: Beginning at a point on the Southeaaterly
line of Cambridge Avenue as established in 1939, distant
Northeasterly thereon, 100 feet from the 1nteraect1on thereof
with the Northeasterly line of the San Francisco and San Jose
Road, a~ said Road is shown on the Map hereinafter referred
to; running thence Northeast~rly along said line or Cambridge
Aven~e, 227.75 feet to the most Westerly corner or the land
conveyed by Americus Neely, et ux~ to Woodrow W. Edmundson,
et ux, by Deed dated November 16, 19-9 and recorded January 9, 1950 in Book 1905 ot Official Records, page 200, Santa
Clara County Records; thence leaving sa1d line or Cambridge
Avenue and running Southeasterly along the Southwesterly line
of the land conveyed to Edmundson and along the Southeaaterly
prolongat1cm thereof", 120 feet to the intersection thereor
with the d1vid1ng line between Lots l and 2, as shown on said
Map; thence Southweaterly along said di Viding line 227 .• 75 feet;
thence leaving said dividing line and running Northwesterly
and parallel to said Southwesterly line or the land conveyed
to Edmund~on, 120 feet to the point of beginning and being a
wort1on of Lot 2 as shown on that certain Map entitled,
Mayfield~ ae surveyed for W. Paul Esq. by J. J. Bowen Co.,

line of Cambridge Avenue as eetabliahed 1n 1939, distant
thereon S. 33° 21' w. 30.25 feet rrom the intersection thereof
with the dividing line betwe&n Lota 2 and 3, aa said dividing
line is shown on the Mep hereinafter referred to; running
thence along said line of Cambridge Avenue, s. 33° 21' V. 28
reet to the moet Northerly corner or the land conveyed by
Americus Neely, et ux to Woodrow W. Edmundson, et ux, by
Deed dated November l~, 1949 and recorded. January 9, 1950 1n
Book 1905 of Official Records, page 200, Santa Clara County
Records; thence leaving said line or Cambridge Avenue and

The above and foregoing resolution was duly end regularly
introduced and paaeed by the Council or the City or Palo Alto
