OAS TAX ALLOCATIOlf POR MAJOR CITY S'l'JmETS.
VKBR&AS, a ••orandum or agreement baa been presented
to ~e entered into with the State or ea11rornia 1n accord-
ance with a project atateaent submitted b7 the City or Palo
Alto tor expenditure ot the gas tax allocation to cities ror the fiscal year 1951, and
WHERE.AS, the city council has heard read aa1d agree-
ment 1n rull and iB f'am111a:t" with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it reeolved by the city council or the
City or Palo Alto that aa1d projeot statement be and 1t 1s hereby
adopted as the budget ot proposed expend1tur.s or the gas tax
allocation to cities, and said agreement be and the same is
hereby approved and the mayor and the city clerk are directed to
sign the same on behalf or said City, said agreement to be binding
upon the City upon its execution by the authorized orr1c1als of the State.
