OP PRELIMINARY APPROVAL
PROJECT NO. 50-5 EMBARCADERO ROAD, ET AL
ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMENT

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, Cal1forn1a,
that the following be, and they are hereby, prel1m1nar11y approved,
and ordered filed in the office or the City Clerk or said City,
and to be referred to in the Resolution of Intention for the
acqu1s1t1on to be had, work to be done and improvements to be
made on Embarcadero Road, Channing Avenue, Greer Road, Hamilton
Avenue and Alester Avenue, in said Cityi to-wit:
1. Plans an~ specifications for acquisition and improvements under said resolution or intention;
2. Engineer's estimate of the itemized and total estimated
costs and expenses for the acquisition and improvements under sa1d resolution of intention;
3. Map cf the assessment district designated "Improvement
Plans No. 50-5 for Embarcade~o Road, et al, acquisition and lmprovement11 ; and
4. Assessment and diagram for the costs and expenses for
acquisition and improvements under said resolution of intention.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of resolution
adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 12th day of June
11 1950, by the following vote of the members thereof:
