PURCHASE AND SELL BONDS.

I The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:

'!'hat the Treasurer or the City of Palo Al to be and he is
hereby directed to sell $100,000.00 U.S. Treasury Bonds l~ due
June 1, 1950, at market price, and purchase With the proceeds
therefrom $100,000.00 City of Palo Alto Municipal Improvement
Bonds of 1950, Series "A", $10,000.00 due Aprill, 1969,
115,000.00 due April 1, 1970, $15,000.00 due April 1, 19'71,
15,000.00 due April 1, 1972, $15,000.00 due April l, 1973,
15,000.00 due April 11 19'T4, and $15,000.00 due .Apx-11 1, 1975.11
bear1ng 1 3/>~% lntereat, at par plus ao:rued interest. ·
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
passed at a regular meeting or the C0unc11 of the City of Palo Alto
held on Monday, the 10th day of April, 1950, by the following
vote:
