AMENDING RE30LUTION NO. 1947
The Coun~1l of the C1ty or Pa.lo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That the fourth and fifth paragraphs or Resolution No. 1947 be amended to read as follows:
11 RESOLVED that Local Agency submit the aforesaid
application to the Director of Finance andfor r.he State
Allocation Board, as the case ma.y be, requeatlng
allotment or One Thousand Four Hundred and Eighty-two
Dollars and Ninety-three cents ($1,482.93) being not
more than one·-half the cost of prepa.ring said completed
plans, or for t:Juch amount as may be approved by the
Director of Flnance and/or the Sta'i.:e Allocation Board
(said allotment to be used for the purpose or defra~in.g
the cost of preparing said completed plans required),
for a specific project to be undertaken by Local Agency
and described as Fire Station No. 3; be it further
"RESOLVED, that the estimated cost of preparing
such plans is Three Thousand and Eighty-three Dollars
and Thiryt Cents ($3,083.30) and that Local Agency
hes made pro~1s1on for paying one-half or more of the
cost of preparing such plans; be it further0
The above and :toregoing resolution was duly end regularly
introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of the
C:lty o.f Palo Alto held on Monday, the 10th day of. April, 1950,
by the following vote:

AYES: Blois, Bolander, Bowden, Bower. Cashel, Cathcart, Freeaman,
Gaspar .. Linder, Mitchell, Montrouil, Morten, Wickett.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Bentrott, Hill.
