APPROVING MAP OF TRACT NO. 702

The Council or the City of' Palo Al to DO RESOLVE as follows:
That that certain subdivision map of Tract No. 702
dated April, 1950, and prepared by George S. Nolte, Civil Engineer~ be1ng n portion or the Seale Rancho, be and the
same is hereby approved and accepted by this Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the portions of
Embarcadero Road and Seale Avenue not heretofore dedicated,
as shown on said map, be and they are hereby accepted ae
public streets of the City of Palo Alto.
BE IT ~iJRTHER RESOLVED, that the dedication of
easements f'or public ut111 ties as shown on s.:dd map for the
use or public utilities be and they are hereby accepted as dedicated.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly :tntroduced and passed by the Council of the City
of Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 10th
day of Aprll, 1950, by the following vote: ·
A'l."ES: Blois, BoJ.ander, Bowden; Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Freedman,
Gaspar, Lincer, Mitchell, Montreuil, Morten, Wickett.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Bentrott, H1.ll.
