APPROVING MAP OP TRACT NO. 724,
CRESCENT PARK COURT
The Counc11 of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That that certain subdivision map or Tract Mo. 724,
Crescent Park Court, dated April 1950, and prepared by
George S. Nolte, Civil Engineer, be~.ng a portion of the
Rancho Rinconada de Arroyo de San F::~ancisqu1 to, be and the
sa.me 1s hereby approved and accepted by this Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Plune Court as ehown on
aa1d map be and it is hereby accepted as a public street of
the City of Palo Alto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the dedicntion of easements
for pu.blic ut111t1ea as shown on said map for the use of pub11c
util~ties be r.i.nd they a.re hereby v.ccepted as dedicated.
The above and forego1.ng resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed by the Council of the City of Palo Alto
a.t n regular meeting held on Monday, the 10th day of April,
1950, by the following vote:
AYES· Blois~ Bol~nder, Bowden, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Freed~an,
