APPROVING MAP OF TRACT NO. 723
CRESCENT PARK WOODS,UNIT NO. 1
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO ORDAIN as follows:
Tha.t that certa:i.n subdivision map of Tract No. 723,
Crescent Park Woode, Unit No. 1, dated April, 1950, and
prepared by Geor~e S. Nolte, Civil Engineer, being a portion
of the Rancho Rinconada de Arroyo de San Franc1squ1to, be and
the same is hereby approved and accepted by this Council.
BE IT FURTlf.ER RESOLVED, that Stanley Way, Walter Hays
Dr1ve, Lois Lane, and Jordon Place, and the portion of Channing
.Avenue not heretofore dedice.ted, as shown on said map, be and
they are hereby accepted as public streets or the City or Palo Alto.
BE IT FURTHErl RESOLVED, that the dedication of
easements !'or public utilities as shown on said map for the
:.i.se of public ut111 ties be and the:f are hereby accepted as
dedicated.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council of the City
of Palo Al to at a regular meeting held cm Monday, the 10th
day of April, 1950, by the following vote:
AYES: Blois, Bolander, Bowden, Bower, Cathcart, Freedman,
Gaepar, Linder, Mitchell, Montro1..l.11, Morten, Wickett.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Bentrott, HiJ.1.
NO'I' VOTING: Cashe 1.
