DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT
ASSESSMENT NO. 287
OREGON AVE'.NUE ET AL
PROJECT NO. 48-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City or Palo Alto, · Santa Clara County, Cal1forn1a, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram wa.s made and filed w1 th
the Clerk of said City a.11 pursuant to Resolutiori of Intention No.
1833 adopted by the City Council on March 28, 1949, and the provisions
of Article V of the Palo Alto Improvemen·t Procedure Code, being Ord!nance
No. 844 of said City, adopted January 13, 1941, and said assessment
was confirmed by said Council on April 12, 1949 and recorded in the
o:tf1ce of the Superintendent of Streets of said City on May 25, 1949; and
WHEREAS, a c~rta1n lot or parcel or land upon which there is a~ unpaid assessment against which bonds have been issued under
the provis:lom: of Part 4 of Article IV of said Procedure Code,, has
been divided sci that it no longer conforms to the original parcel
boundaries as sho~m on said aasesament and in the Auditor's record 'thereof;
NOW,, Tl{F;REFORE,, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The C:lty Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed
with the City Clerk a report and diagram of amended assessment of the
lot and parcel so divided, said parcel being designated as Assessment Nnmber 287.
2. That the unpaid installments or said original assessment
shall be segregated and apportioned i~ accordance with the benefits to
the several portions of the original lot or parcel and the total amount
of the a~sessments of the several portions of the original lot or
parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said original lot ·cir parcel of land.

ar.1d regularly adopted by the C:l.ty Council of the City of Palo Al to,
California, at a meeting thereof held on the 10th day of April, 1950, by the followlng vote:
AYES, and 1n favor thereof, Councilmen:
Blois, Bolander, Bowden, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Freedman,
Gaspar, Linder, Mitchell, Montreuil, Morten, Wickett.
NOES,, Councilmen: None.
