AUTHORIZING TP.EASURER TO PURCHASE BONDS
1. The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:

That W. C. Cobb, C1ty Treasurer, be and he ls
hereby authorized to purchase the bonds issued upon the
security of the unpaid assessments under Project No. 49-6,
St. :Pranc:ts Terrace, Storm Sewers, in the amount of
$2,594.30., being Bond Numbers 1 to 10, Series MM 1n the
denomlnut1on of $259.43 each, and to hold said bonds in
lieu or cash.
The above and foregoing reeulut.1.on was duly and
regularly 1ntroduced and passed at a regular meeting or
the Council of the City or Palo Alto held on Monday,
the 10th day of April, 1950, by the following vote:
