RESOLUTION APPROVING MAP FOR CERTAIN STREET
IMPROVEMENT IN THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
·That that certain map 01• plan ent1 tled "PLAN OF
CLOSING OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND AT INTERSECTIONS OF
THE BARTLEY 'JIRACT11
, prepared by Fabian S. Miller, Street
SupeJ:intendent, and dated November 8, 1948, be and the aame
is hereby approved and adopted as the official map and plan
for 3a1d street closing .
The abo\'e and foregoing resolut1c·n was duly and
regularly introduced and passed at a regular meeting of
the Council of the City of Palo h.lto held on Monday, the
13th day of March, 1950, by the following vote:
Bentrott, Blois, Bolander, Bowden, Bower, Ca$hel,
AYES: Cathcart, Freedman, Gaspar, Linder, Mitchell,
Moncrouil, Morten .
NOES: None.
ABSETN:H111, Wickett.
