APPROVING MAP OF TRACT NO. 715, AVALON TERRACE
'rhe Council of the City of Palo Al to DO RESOLVE as follows:
That thut certain subdJ.vlsion map of Tract No. 715,
Avalon Terrace, dated February, 1950, and prepared by
James & Waters, Civil Engineers, being a reaubdiv1s1on of
Lot 50, Wooster Su0d1vio1on, be and the same is hereby
approved and accepted by this Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Avalon Co1.irt and the
portions of Cowper Street and Loma Verde Avenue not heretofore
dedl ca ted, ao shown on sa1d 1nap, be and they are hereby
accepted as public streets of the C1 ty of Palo Al to.
BE IT FUR1'HER RESOLVED, that the dedication of
easements for public utilities as shown on said map for the
use of public ut11:tties be and they are hereby accepted as
ded.1cated.
The above and .foregoing resolu.t1on was duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council of the C~ty
of Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 13th
day of March, 1950, by the following vote:
AYES:
Bentrott, Blois, Bolander, Bowden_, Bo'.ier, Cashel,
Cathcart, Freedman, Gaspar, Linder, Mitchell,
Montrou11, Morten.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: B:Ul, Wickett.
