AUTHORIZING TR3A3URER TO EXCHANGE BONDS
The Council or the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That W. C. Cobb, City Treasurer, be and he is
hereby authorized to exchange '100,000.00 U.S. Treasury
Bonds, Series A, l 3/8%, due April 1, 1950, for
$100,000.00 U.S. Treasury Bonds, lt,l;, due March 15, 1955-
Thi.~ o.bove and foregoing resolution was d1..:.ly
and regularly introduced and passed by the Council of the
City of Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monda~·~
the 13th day of March, 1950, by the following vote:
