OF PRELIMINARY APPROVAL
BARTLEY TRACT ALLEY
ACQUISITION'3 AND IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 48-12
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City Of Palo Alto,
California, that the following be, and they are hereby pre11m-
i!'l'9.r1ly approved, and ordered filed in the off1ee of the C:lty
Clerk of sa1d City, and to be referred to in proceedings under
Resolutlon of Intention No. 1712 adopted July 12, 1948, for
acquisitions and work to be done and improvements to be made on
certain unnamed alleys in the Bartley Tract, more specifically
referred to in the plans which are incorporated herein by refer-
ence, all i11 said C1 ty, to-w1 t:
1. Plana and epec1f1cations for a6qu1N1t1on and improve-
ments under said Resolution of Intention;
2. Engineer's estimate or the itemized and total esti-
mated costs and expenses for the acqu1sit1ons and improvements
under said Resolutlon or Intention;
3. Map of the assessment district designated "Project
No. 48-12, Bartley Tract Alley Acquisition and Improvement"; and
4. Assessment and diagram for the costs and expenses
for acquisi t1ons and improvements under said Resolu·tion of
Intention.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of
resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at n regular meeting thereof held on the 13th day of
March, 1950, by the following vote of the members thereof:
