CONFIRMING AMENDED A..~SESSMENT COWPER STREET ET AL PROJECT NO. 46-4 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City Of Palo Alto, Santa Cla~a County, California, that WHEREAS, said City Council did on the 13th day of llebruary, 1950, order the City Engineer to make and file wlth said Council an amended assessment of all parcels of property the former assessment upon which under Resolution of Intention No. 1516 or said Council is dea1gnated upon t.he original assessment and diat_~ram and confirmed by said Council on Janua~y 13, 1947, and recorded in the office of the Suprintendent of Streets of said City, as diagram and assessment number 910; WHEREAS, said City Engineer did on the 1st day of March, 1950, pursuant to said order, file with the Clerk of said City a d1agram and amended assessment; WHEREAS, said Council fixed Monday, the 13th d~y of March, 1950, as the time for hearing said amended assessment and cause notice of said hearing to be published twice in the Palo Alto Times, as appears from the affidavit of publica- tion on file 1n the Office of the Clerk of said City; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said hearing, no protests or objections wei·e made or presented to the proposed amended assessment, and all w~tters and things Pertaining to said amended assessment were fully heard and considered by said City Council; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that said amended assessment with the Clerk of said City pursuant to Resolution ordering same, be and the same 1s hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Clerk of said City shall deliver said amended assessment to the City Engineer, together with a cert1f1ed copy of this resolution thereto attached, and said City Engineer shall thereupon record such amended assessment with a certificate at the end thereof by the Clerk of said City that it is the amended assessment approved by the City Council. The City Engineer shall note opposite the assessment in said original diagram and assessment number 910 that it has been displaced by said amended assessment, giving its date, and shall credit upon such amended assessment all payments there- to fore made upon the original assessment. When said amended assessment haa been recorded, the City Engineer shall cause the oriE;lnal assessments involved canceled. I hereby certtfy that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Counc11 of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 13th day of March, 1950, by the following vote: AYES: Bentrott, Blols, Bolan4er, Bowden, Bower, Cashel, Freedman, Gaspar, Linder, Montroull, Morten. 339 :J40 NOES: ABSENT: None.
