' i L_ R E S 0 L U T I O N ----------N 0 • --1952 DIRECTING MAKINO OF AMENDED ASSESSMENTS RE CERTAIM ASSESSMENTS COWPER STREET, ET AL PROJECT NO. 46-4 .RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City or Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, California, that WHEREAS, an assessment and diagra111 was made and filed wlth the Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Inten- tion No. 1516 adopted by the City Council on June 10, 1946, and the prov1s1Qna or Article V of the Palo Al<o Improvement Pro- cedure Code, being Ordinance No. 844 of said City, adopted January 13, 1941, and said assessment was confirmed by said Council on January 13, 19117, and x·ecorded in the office .;:if the Superintendent or Streets of said City on January 14, 1947; and WHEREAS, a certain lot or parcel of land upon which is an unpaid assessment against whlch bonds have been issued under tho& provisions of Part 4 or Article IV of said Procedure Code, has been divided so that it no longer conforms to the original parcel boundaries a.a shown on aa:1.d assessment and in the Auditor1 s record thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that 1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed with the C1ty Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram of the lot and parcel so divided said parcel being designated as Assessment No. 917. 2. That the unpaid installmenta or said original assessment shall be segregated and apportioned 1n accordance with the benefits to the several parts of the original lot or parcel and the total amount of the a~sesaments of the several portions of the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said or1g1nal lot or parcel of land. * * * * * * * I hereby certify that the forego1ng resolution was duly and. regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Al to, Cal1.forn1a, at a meeting thereo1· held on the 24th day of February, 1950, by the following vote: APPROVED: AYES, and 1n favor thereof, Councilmen: Bentrott, Blois, Bolander, Bowden, Cathcart, Freed- man, Oaspar~L~nder~ Mitchell, Montrou11, Morten.
