RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED
The Counc~.1 or the Cl ty of Palo Al to DO RESOLVE as follows:
'l'hat the Grant Deed from Gertrude Riehl Quinn to
the City of Palo Al.to, dated Jam;.ary 11, 1950, covering
Lotr.; 20 and 21 of' the Mills Subdivision of Block 13 in the
Town of Univercity Park recorded 1n the office of the
Recorder of the County o'.f.' Santa Clara., State ot' Ca11forn1a,
on f<'ebruary 28, 1889, in Book D of Maps, at page 71,
exceptir1g the Northeasterly 10 feet thereof, and the same
is hereby accepted.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council of the City
of Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on the 13th day of
February, 1950, by the following vote:
