AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE CO'UNTY OF SANTA CLARA FOR THE PURCHASE

The Counc:U of the C1 ty of' Palo Al to DO RESOLVE as follows:
'11ha t pursuant to the provisions of Di vision I,
Part IV, Chapter 8 o:r the Revenue and Taxation Code of the
State or Callfornia, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter
into an agreement w1th the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Santa Clara, for the purchase by the City of Palo Alto of
certain tax-deeded property, more particularly described on
ExM.bit A attached herewith.
The above and foregoir1g re3olution was duly and
regularly introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the
Council of the City of Palo Alto held on Monday, the 13th day
of February, 1950, by the following vote:
