APPROVING MAP OF CRESCENT PARK NO. 5
The Council of the City of Palo Alto l:'O RESOLVE as follows:
That that certain subdivision map or Crescent Park No. 5
dated January, 1950, and prepared by Bdwin H. Smith, Civil
Engineer, be and the same is hereby approved and accepted by
this Council.
Be it further resolved, that Hall'lilton Avenue,
Edgewood Drive, Jackson Drive and Patricia Lane, aa shown on
said map, be and they are hereby acc~pted as public streets of th>? City of Palo Alto.
Be it further resolved, that the ded:tcat1on of
easements for pu.blic utilities as Dhown on said map for the use
of public ut111ties, be and they are her~by accepted as
dedicated .
The above and foregolng resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council or the City of
Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 13th
day or February, 1950, by the following vote:

Blois, Bolander, Bowden, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Freedman,
Gaspar, Hill, !.1nder, Mitchell, Montrouil, Morten.
