APPROVING MAP OP TRACT NO. 668, CRESCENT PARK NO. 6
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That that certain subdivision map of Tract No. 668,
Creecent Park Mo. 6, dated October, 1949, and prepared by
Geo. S. Nolte, Civil Engineer, being a portion of Lot 6
of the Greer Partition~ be and the same is hereby accepted
by the Council.
Be if further resolved that those portions of
Edgewood Dri.ve and Greer Lane not heretofore dedicated
as shown on aaid map, be and they are hereby accepted as
publ1c streets of the City of Palo Alto.
Be it further resolved, that the dedication of
easements for public utilities as shown on said map for
the use of public utilities, be and they are hereby accepted
as dedicated.
The above and foregoing resol~tion was duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council of the City
of Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 13th
day of February, 1950, by the following vote:
AYES: Blois, Bolander, Bowden, Bower, Cashel Cathcart,
Freedman, Gaspar, Hill, Linder, Mitcheil, Montrouil,
Morten.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Bentrott, Wickett.
